Service Agreement

Service Commitment:

By completing the claim submission process, you ("the Client") acknowledge your selection of Reflights' flight compensation claim management services. These services include, but are not limited to, communicating with airlines, accepting direct contact or payment from the operating carrier and advocating for compensation under applicable regulation.

 

The Client authorizes Reflights to request the operating carrier not to process his/her personal data in relation to the Claim pursuant to applicable personal data protection laws, except only to verify the Claim.

The Client commits to facilitate the appropriate processing of any compensation secured from a successful claim. The method of compensation delivery—whether directly to you or initially to Reflights—will align with the procedures stipulated by the respective airline or entity responsible for payment.

 

Reflights will diligently handle the transfer of any received funds to your account in a timely and efficient manner, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

 

Accuracy of Information and Cooperation:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information throughout the claim management process. You understand that any erroneous or incomplete information can lead to claim denials, and Reflights is not responsible for such outcomes. Your cooperation is essential, including notifying Reflights of any direct communications or compensations received from the airline.

 

Free Service

Reflights will not charge you any success fee for the Flight Eligibility Check, Information Service, or where the Compensation Claim Service does not result in you receiving Flight compensation.

Fee Agreement and Compensation Handling:

  1. You agree to the success fee as outlined in our Pricing section, applicable upon successful compensation.

  2. If you directly receive compensation from the airline, you agree to inform Reflights immediately and pay the applicable success fee within 14 days.

  3. If Reflights receives the compensation on your behalf, we will notify you promptly. Should you fail to claim this compensation within 60 days of our notification, a monthly interest of 1% will be applied to the unclaimed amount.

 

Commitment to Communication:

You agree to actively monitor and promptly respond to emails from Reflights regarding your claim.

 

Client Acceptance:

By signing this Agreement, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and your commitment to fulfilling the responsibilities herein. This Agreement forms the basis of the claim management process that Reflights will undertake on your behalf.
